1.Penn + Reid is an independent online boutique curating stylish, elevated casual wear for everyday women.

2. Ordering & Payments

2.1 By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2.2 All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.

2.3 Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

2.4 Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. We do not store payment details.

3. Delivery & Shipping

3.1 We offer UK shipping and may expand internationally in the future. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.2 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

3.3 If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

3.4 Any customs or import duties for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.

4.2 To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Have all Penn + Reid tags attached (items returned without tags will not be accepted)

• Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant stains, pet hair, and any signs of wear

• Be returned in a resealable condition, including original packaging where possible

4.3 No exchanges – If you wish to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

4.4 Non-refundable items:

• Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty

• Earrings and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

4.5 Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4.6 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4.7 If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at via our 'contact us' page within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos of the issue.

5. Product Information

5.1 We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but slight variations in colour or fit may occur.

5.2 All sizing information is provided as a guide. If you are unsure, please check our size guide or contact us for advice.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

6.1 Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase.

6.2 Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6.3 We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
