Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Penn + Reid, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Standard Returns – 14 Days
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your return request.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn – No signs of wear and in original condition
- Unwashed – Items must not have been washed or cleaned
- Tags Attached – All original Penn + Reid tags must remain attached
- Free from Marks or Stains – No make-up, fake tan, deodorant, or other marks
- In Original Packaging – Packaging (e.g., boxes, bags) must be included and in resellable condition
- Odour-Free – Items must be free from scents such as tobacco, pets, or perfume
Please note:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time
- Sale items are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for it to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items – 30 Days
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us via our Contact form within 30 days of purchase with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Clear photos of the issue
If the item is found to be faulty after review, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability), and we will cover the return postage cost.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us here with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
We’ll respond with the next steps and return address details.
Special Categories
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
Important Notes
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.
- Care Instructions: Follow the garment’s care instructions. Items damaged due to improper care cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International Orders: Import customs taxes and duty fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Penn + Reid cannot accept returns from customers who refuse to pay these charges. We’re legally required to declare the full value of orders on shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if our terms and conditions are not met.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed exclusively on our website.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No change or credit will be given for unused portions of a gift card.
- If your order total is more than the value of the gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using our accepted payment methods.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, so please treat your gift card like cash.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be applied when purchasing a gift card.
By using a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
